I write clever Americana and Country-Pop tunes.

With a number of international co-writes underway and a fast-rising international profile, I'm full of energy and open to new collaborations.

Drop me a line

Let's write together.

Thinks like a composer. Writes hooks like a fiddle player.

When it comes to writing great tunes, I care as much about a song’s overall structure as I do about the impacts of its hooks. A warm, natural co-writer who loves synthesising influences to create incredible musical solutions, I’m not interested in writing formulaic songs that sound like everything else. I love coming up with playful, moreish creative ideas that surprise and satisfy the punter, holding up to repeat plays. I "see" the architecture of a track almost instantly; every part with a function, every gap an awesome opportunity. I speak in plain terms, but I’m wired to clock what’s missing, then help shape it until the whole thing slays.

My background in formal composition and string arranging (writing for ARIA-nominated, Australian Music Prize-shortlisted, and Music Victoria Award-winning projects) gives me a sharp edge when it comes to shaping songs that are both musically interesting and emotionally effective. I know how to build drama, how to hold tension, and how to make the resolution feel earned. I also know a good hook when I hear one. Whether I’m co-writing in the room, building something remotely, or writing to brief, I bring precision, momentum, and care to every session. I love surprising structures, strong lyrical ideas, and collaborators who are open to chasing something we didn’t see coming.

In 2025, my co-write Here We Go Again (with Ruby Jones, Joel Loukes and Tommy Brooks) was shortlisted in the International Songwriting Competition (Americana category). Following a trip to the US in June 2025 where my songwriting team and I met with some of America's top labels and A&R reps, I’m currently working between Australia and the US, building a catalogue of co-writes and collaborative releases across genres. I can travel internationally at short notice, and work in-person/online/remotely from my studio as Resident Artist at Gasworks Arts Park, Melbourne, Australia. If you're looking for a writer who can bring a wide skill set, creative clarity, and a genuine collaborative spirit to the table, I’d love to hear from you.
